Grave Restoration project - Bulletin No 10

At last we can report on progress. The committee has voted overwhelmingly in favour of Grant Skinner and Sach Killam of 'Monuments in Memoriam' as the stonemasons to undertake the restoration work. The picture shows them hard at work restoring an altar monument at the Wiseman's Ferry Cemetery.

The quoted price for our project is $12,000-$15,000 plus GST, so we plan to set a fund-raising target of $16,000. Note - we're not yet ready to start collecting.

We are now waiting for certain advice and approvals from Hawkesbury City Council. We have been told these will be forthcoming later this week or early next week. Once received, we will update you fully.
